What is New with V3?
The V3 Strength Circuit programs introduces four movement circuits instead of three movement circuits as featured in the previous programs. The four movement circuits in V3 allow for greater exercise variation. There is also a new pattern to the movements. Previous programs utilized the hinge, upper, lower pattern. The V3 strength circuits all utilize the more versatile ballistic, grind, ballistic, grind pattern. Alternating between ballistic and grind movements allows you to push your conditioning to new levels and introduce even greater variation into the program design.
